Nowadays everyone has a bachelor’s degree.  Students must aim to stand out from the crowd with The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) qualification.

ICSA is the leading recognised professional body for Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in the United Kingdom and throughout the world. Formed in 1891, the Institute today has 33,000 members worldwide and is represented in over 72 countries.

In Malaysia, the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA), is the premier professional body for Company Secretaries with aims of promoting good governance and best practices in organisations. MAICSA was founded in 1959 as an affiliated body to ICSA and is now a Division of ICSA. Currently, MAICSA has more than 4,200 members (comprising Fellows, Associates and Graduates), 1,800 students and 600 Affiliates on its register.

 

PROGRAMME INFORMATION

The programme aims to prepare candidates for the ICSA Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme (CGQP) examination by providing quality tuition and intensive revision classes. Candidates who joined revision classes are not considered as UiTM students; instead, they are the MAICSA students who will attempt the CGQP exam on a self-study basis. Therefore, revision classes under this Tuition Centre are open to all MALAYSIANS who fulfilled the entry requirement as required by MAICSA.

The courses are conducted by experienced and knowledgeable facilitators to ensure the fulfilment of ICSA professional programme requirements.

 

SUBJECTS OFFERED

The offer of the subjects under the FSPPP Tuition Centre is subject to demand and availability. The subjects to be offered are as per the information under the programme structure. 

 

ENTRY REQUIREMENT

The CGQP is the qualifying programme of MAICSA for holders of recognised Bachelor and Master Degrees who wish to be admitted as members of MAICSA.

Relevant Graduates from recognised universities are admitted directly into the programme with attractive exemptions.

*The offer of the classes is subject to a break-even number of participants

**The class schedule is subject to change               

***Duration/subject: 36 hours

****It is the responsibility of the candidates to plan the subjects for revision classes and to deal with the registration of examination for the subjects with MAICSA.

  2. Apply to FSPPP Professional Tuition Centre (Download & Fill up the Application Form)

  1. Receive a Confirmation Letter/Reply from FSPPP Professional Tuition Centre (A Letter/Reply will be issued)
  2. Make Payment for Tuition Fee (Download & Fill the Payment Form)

  1. Register with FSPPP Professional Tuition Centre as per the date and details mentioned in the Confirmation Letter (Download, Fill up Registration Form and bring the form during the registration day)

INTAKE

The enrolments commence in either at the end of February/early March and end of August/early September every year.

FEE STRUCTURE/PROGRAMME FEE

RM 800/per subject & RM50 Registration fee

OR

RM 550/per subject (for UiTM alumni) & RM50 Registration fee

  1. Please bring the original copy of the payment form and the proof of payment during the registration day.
  2. Terms & Conditions

* All registrations MUST be accompanied with the full payment and the proof of payment.

* The Faculty reserves the right to amend or change the schedule, venue or facilitator, or cancel the programme if warranted by circumstances beyond its control. In the event of cancellation, all fees paid will be refunded.

* Any withdrawal from the course is subject to the following:

- Withdrawal must be done before the class commences.

- No refund of fees for withdrawals received after commencement of the course.
